Jason Neiffer
Executive Director of Montana Digital Academy
Dr. Jason Neiffer is the Executive Director of the Montana Digital Academy, Montana’s public state virtual school. Jason started as MTDA’s first Assistant Director/Curriculum Director in 2010, and leads a team of over 150 teachers building supplemental online education programs delivering over 120-course titles to tens of thousands of students across the State of Montana. Jason is a frequent speaker and trainer on educational technology, teaching social studies and the humanities, online learning design, workflow, artificial intelligence in education, and digital productivity topics. Before working with MTDA, Jason was a veteran classroom teacher with experience in two high schools building thriving programs in history, geography, debate, speech, newspaper production, and computer science.
